Travelling from the North (M60) – Travelling from the West (M61/M62) – Travelling from the South (Airport/South/M56) – Travelling from the East (M60/M67)

From North (M60 North)

1. At Junction 17, take the A56 exit to Prestwich/ Whitefield for 0.2miles.
2. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit into A56/Bury New Road heading to Manchester/Prestwich.
3. Continue to follow A56 and then head southeast on A56/ Bury New Rd toward Kensington Ct.
4. Continue to follow A56 for 1.9miles. When you get to A6042/ New Bridge Street.
5. Continue to follow A6042 for 0.6miles, which continues onto A34/ Trinity Way.
6. Turn right toward A57/ Dawson Street and veer left at A57/ Dawson Street.
7. Continue on A57 (M) Mancunian Way. Follow A57 (M) for 1.1 miles.
8. Take the ramp to London Road, keep right at the fork, following signs for Stockport/A6/Sheffield/A616.
9. Turn right onto London Road which quickly turns into Downing Street.
10. After 200yds turn left at SSR, School of Sound Recording, by the sign for ‘Downing Street Industrial Estate’ onto Charlton Place.
11. At the end of Charlton Place turn left onto Cakebread Street. dbn is the last unit on the left.

From West (Coming from M61/M62)

1. Follow signs to Salford and Manchester, and from the M62/M60 junction take the M602 to junction 3, sign posted for Salford.
2. Continue onto A57 Regent Road for 1.2miles.
3. Continue on A57 (M) Mancunian Way (signs for A57) for 1.1miles.
4. Take the exit ramp for London Road, following signs for Stockport/A6/Sheffield/ A616 and keep right at the fork.
5. Turn Right on London road, stay in the left hand lane, and turn left after 200yds by the sign for ‘Downing Street Ind Est’ onto Charlton Place.
6. At the end of Charlton Place turn left onto Cakebread Street. dbn is the last unit on the left.

From Manchester Airport/South/M56

1. Head for Manchester City Centre on the M56.
2. Continue onto A5103 for 5miles following signs for central Manchester.
3. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Mancunian Way, heading to Ring Rd/Sheffield/A57/Stockport/A6.
4. At the roundabout, take the 2nd Exit onto the A57 (M) ramp to Ashton-Under-Lyne/A635/ Sheffield/A57/Piccadilly.
5. Keep left and take the exit ramp to London Road.
6. Keep right at the fork, following signs for Stockport/ A6/ Sheffield/ A616.
7. Turn Right on London road, stay in the left hand lane, and turn left after 200yds by the sign for ‘Downing Street Ind Est’ onto Charlton Place.
8. At the end of Charlton Place turn left onto Cakebread Street. dbn is the last unit on the left.

From East (M60/M67)

1. From M60 take Junction 24 towards A57 Manchester/Denton/Hyde/Sheffiled. Take the turn for the A57 towards Denton/Manchester.
2. From M67 take signs for A57/ Central Manchester.
3. Head West on A57/Manchester Road towards Kensington Grove. Stay on this road for 3.2miles.
4. Slight right at A57/ Hyde Road.
5. At the Ardwick roundabout, take the fouth exit onto Higher Arwick.
6. Take the first left onto Ardwick Green N.
7. At the end of the green, where the road bends left, turn diagonally right onto Cakebread Street.
8. Go to the end of Cake Bread Street and dbn is on the left.
