The latest addition to the Clay Paky Alpha range, and our moving light inventory, the Alpha Beam 300 produces a super-bright, near parallel light beam, a bit like that from an ACL lamp and is absolutely brilliant for searchlight effects and the like – its 300w lamp and advanced optics offer extremely bright output and it also has full CMY colour mixing, a colour wheel and fixed gobo wheel. It’s the kind of unit that you never knew you needed until you see it – we’ve even had some special domes manufactured to aid outdoor use where it really does compete with searchlights using up a lot more power, space and budget.
